This past week I made a new friend. He is actually more like an advisor. A reliable guide. Sort of like my own personal Yoda who shows me the path to good grub that is good for me.
Seriously, check out the Crazy Food Dude. This review site is AWESOME. He covers all sorts of healthier food options and gives really good advice on what to “buy” and what to “fly by.”
