Quality Consumption from Friends of Fed Up

Happy Friday! It has been a crazy week. I hope you have enjoyed some tasty food.  My most unique food combo this week was a flatbread pizza I made at home that was sort of a play on a south-west inspired spinach and artichoke dip. Basically it was flat bread topped with grilled onions, roasted hatch-chili peppers, cream cheese, spinach, artichoke, and bbq chicken and some eggplant, green onions and some feta (a good substitute cheese if you do not have authentic aged Mexican cheese)…I really was just trying to clean out the fridge, but ended up making something damn tasty.

Ok…some of the friends of Fed Up have also had a good week with some quality posts:

Crazy Food Dude, just spent the ENTIRE week reviewing yogurt products. You know how much I like my yogurt, and found Crazy Food Dude’s reviews VERY helpful for planning my next attack on our local grocery store’s aisles.

Adam, the Cereal Guru over at Open Pitch and Waffle Crisp,  warns us to avoid a Nature’s Path ‘flax’ based cereals in one of his posts this week. But I was personally really interested in this review of a peanut butter cereal. Anything PB flavored is ALWAYS of interest to me!

And new to the Fed Up ‘SUPER FRIENDS’ is Justin, a dedicated cheese connoisseur over at FeedMeNOLA.com. If you like cheese…and WE ALL like cheese, then you are going to love his expert-take on some amazing stuff that he discovers.   He just posted a quality recipe using a cheese that really impressed him. While you may LOVE my random posts about my cheese finding and crazy food combos using my favorite cheeses, Justin is a TRUE cheesemonger who is sure to provide a far more in-depth look into cheesy goodness.
