BBBBest Bite

Quick Best Bite of the week update:

So I had a bunch of food starting with the letter ‘B’ and I was feeling creative/stupid. So I made dinner by piling them all together.

I would have NEVER thought this combination would be so perfect, but…

(Brussels Sprouts+Beets+Bacon+Balsamic Vinaigrette )x(Feta Topping+Rosemary)=Awesomeness

Nothing I can write will do a proper job describing how good this was… You would have to be my belly to really understand.

The sweet beets and the balsamic vinegar balanced perfectly with the nutty flavor of the roasted spouts and the salty-savory element from the bacon. The feta and rosemary were just the right accents to really bring the whole thing together.

Of course pretty much anything is better with bacon, but in this mixture, it went especially well. So ignore the lies about brussels sprouts, be prepared for the beet side effects, and give this combo a try.

I would never have thought it would actually state that good. But it did and I made something VERY similar again just last night.
